Mentorship

LIVING THE PRACTICE

Living the Practice is a mentorship offering for those who feel called to deepen their relationship with yoga beyond classes, techniques, or training frameworks. This is not a programme to complete or a set of outcomes to achieve. It’s a practice-led, relational container, shaped by inquiry, reflection, and lived experience over time.

A relational space to live yoga more fully — on and off the mat

THE HEART OF THIS WORK
Yoga has traditionally been shared through relationship. Through proximity, conversation, shared practice, and the quiet transmission that happens when space is held with care and integrity.

Living the Practice honours this tradition. It offers a place to slow down, listen more closely, and allow the teachings to take root in your actual life — not just in theory or on the mat.

This work values depth over pace.
Presence over productivity.
Trust over fixing.

HOW MENTORSHIP UNFOLDS
Living the Practice Mentorship is offered as a one-to-one, personally held container, allowing space for trust, continuity, and integration to develop naturally over time.

Sessions are shaped around:
• your lived relationship with practice
• questions arising from life, teaching, or transition
• philosophy as something to be embodied, not analysed
• honest inquiry rather than performance or perfection

There is no expectation to arrive with clarity or certainty.
The work meets you where you are, and unfolds from there.

Who Living the Practice is for
Living the Practice may be right for you if:
• You feel drawn to yoga as a way of living, not just something you do
• You’re seeking depth, continuity, and relationship in your practice
• You’re navigating growth, change, or a quiet sense of “what next?”
• You value reflection, philosophy, and embodied conversation

This work is for teachers and non-teachers alike. What matters most is sincerity, curiosity, and a willingness to stay with the practice.

A note on availability

Living the Practice is offered in a limited way, to ensure the space remains personal and well-held. This is intentional. If you feel drawn to this work, you’re invited to reach out for a conversation — not an application.

We trust this work will find the curious ones.
