Yoga Teacher Training
At Yoga Love Collective, teacher training is not about producing teachers to fit a mould. It’s about deepening your relationship with the practice — so that yoga is no longer something you do, but something you live. Our trainings are rooted in traditional teachings, held with integrity, and guided by the understanding that yoga is a path of inquiry, embodiment, and service. Technique matters — but presence matters more. Knowledge is shared — but transmission is felt.
Teacher training as a lived practice
A PRACTICE-LED APPROACH
We take time.
We value depth.
We honour the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the teachings.
This is not fast-tracked certification or performance-based learning. It’s an immersive process that asks you to listen, feel, question, and integrate — both on and off the mat.
WHO THESE TRAININGS ARE FOR
and live more consciously.
For those who:
• Want to study yoga in a way that feels rooted, authentic, and human
• Are curious about philosophy, not just postures
• Value relationship, mentorship, and shared learning
• Feel drawn to teach — or simply to live the practice more fully
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to know exactly where this path leads.
Just a willingness to show up, stay open, and meet the practice sincerely.
WHAT MAKES YLC TRAINING DIFFERENT
We teach in a way that honours lineage and philosophy, while remaining deeply human, relational, and embodied. Learning happens through practice, reflection, conversation, and shared experience — not performance or comparison.
These trainings are:
• Practice-led, not curriculum-driven
• Rooted in philosophy and tradition, not trends
• Personally held and founder-led, with care and integrity
• Community-based, where learning unfolds in relationship
• Spacious, allowing time for integration, not just information
We value depth over speed, presence over polish, and sincerity over certainty. This is training for those who want to live the practice — not just teach it.
What you learn here doesn’t end when the training finishes. It continues to shape how you practice, teach, and live.
Is this the right training for you?
If you’re curious about the deeper teachings of yoga, open to self-reflection, and willing to stay with the process even when it feels unfamiliar or challenging, you’ll likely feel at home here.
You don’t need to be certain that you want to teach.
You don’t need to be confident or fully formed.
What matters most is a sincere relationship with the practice, a willingness to learn in community, and an openness to being changed by the process. If you’re looking for fast certification, rigid structures, or a purely fitness-based approach, this may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.
We trust this work will find the curious ones.
