Yoga Love Collective
200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
May – October 2024
MEET YOUR TEACHER
Laura has been teaching since 2016 and has an untamed desire to teach good teachers and uphold the ancient lineage of Yoga through traditional practices whilst moving forward and learning together as a collective.
Laura currently lives in Darwen, Lancashire with her partner Steve and adorable Labrador dogs, Bobby and Dexter.
ABOUT THIS COURSE
This course is designed with love and authenticity and is deeply rooted in tradition, honouring our lineage and teachers who have gone before.
Yoga Love Collective gives you the student space for enquiry, taking you on a sacred journey into your own hidden resources from where you are encouraged to listen in and trust in your truth.
Laura teaches from the heart, sharing all that she can to equip you the student, with the wisdom given from our ancestors so that we as a collective can carry our truth forward for generations to come.
Not being afraid to break the status quo, Yoga Love Collective offers a unique perspective on yoga as a daily practice; one that is entrenched in autonomy, truth and tradition.
Yoga Love teaches us not to outsource our power, faith or learning but instead, invites us to look within and see that all we need to be well and happy is within ourselves.
Physical practices in this training will be influenced by yang styles such as Vinyasa Flow and balanced by yin and restorative styles but ultimately our desire is to teach you how to listen in and teach from your heart.
You will learn how to find your voice and stand in your truth as a yoga practitioner and yoga teacher and carry the lineage forward with love, joy and an honest and earnest desire to be the best version of yourself.
A Letter From Your Teacher
Sat is that which never changes, Truth, Absolute Being.
Chit is consciousness.
Ananda is bliss.
Absolute Bliss Consciousness.
We can spend our whole lives looking backward or forward to find meaning or answers but rarely do we look within. We are never taught that we have been holding the answers all this time.
But you do.
You are the secret.
You are the answer and it has always been you.
IT’S YOUR TIME TO SHINE.
