About this course
It is with much excitement that Sthira Yoga from India & Yoga Love Collective are coming together to offer a very special 50-Hour Yin & Yoga Nidra Training in the UK this September.

For 5 days you’ll immerse in the teachings of Yin Yoga and Yiga Nidra whilst with a group of similar souls endeavouring to open their hearts and minds to learn, practice and either utilise these teachings for themselves or to go on to share these rich and wise modalities with others.

8am-5pm each day (lunch and breaks scheduled)

45 Contact hours with Sudhir & Laura
5 Non Contact hours (reflective practices)

WHERE
The stunning and comfortable studio of Yoga Love Collective in Darwen will be our home for the week and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for the training, 10 minutes to the M65 and close to amenities what with being in the centre of Darwen town and has access to free all day parking.
Eligibility
This special training which is registered with the Yoga Alliance is open to Students & Teachers alike (no teaching experience required). You will receive certification on the final day of the course which you can then register with www.yogaalliance.org

8.30am Philosophy Lecture – What is yin yoga?
10.30am Tea break
11am Yin Anatomy Lecture – Theory of fascia and meridians
1pm Lunch
1.45pm Asana Lab – Deconstruct the poses

Course Fees
We are happy to offer an Early Bird Offer of £750 if paid in full by 30th April 2026. From 1st May 2026, the price increases to £850 and must be paid in full no later than 1st September 2026.
How to secure your space
Email us today to book on and pay a non-refundable deposit of £125 to secure your space. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments with the full balance due no later than September 1st 2025. The price includes tuition, pdf manual, use of all yoga equipment at the studio, teas/coffees and Yoga Alliance certification. Please note all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The studio is located on the main A666 route travelling through the centre of Darwen less than 10 minutes drive from the junction 4 exit of the M65. It is across the road from Lidl and in the same building as Peekaboo Nursery. To access the studio, please use the red side door located to the right of the building as you’re looking at it. There is free parking in front of the building, to the left in front of Motevo and a huge car park to the right behind Brookside Hair & Beauty.

The studio has a kettle for teas and coffees and a fridge which you can store lunch/snacks in during the week.
